Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective date: October 21, 2026
We want every church to know exactly what it is paying for and what happens if it leaves. No surprises.
Monthly Plans
You can cancel anytime from your Billing settings. Your service continues through the end of the month you have already paid for, then ends. Monthly payments are not refunded, including partial months.
Annual Plans
If you cancel within 30 days of an annual payment, you can request a full refund of that payment. After 30 days, annual payments are not refunded. Your service continues through the end of the paid year.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@righteousai.me from your account owner's email address within 30 days of the annual payment. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
What Happens After Service Ends
Digital volunteers, text messaging and AI-assisted features stop.
Your church's data is kept for 30 days. During that time you can sign in to export your volunteer and ministry data and summary metrics.
After 30 days, your data is deleted from our active systems.
Failed Payments
If a payment does not go through, we will email your account owner and give you time to update your payment details before any features pause. Nothing is cut off without notice.
